Hey Don, just hanging around the house burning paper…looks like we may get some snow today. I guess we are supposed to get some kind of magnetic storm today?

72 degrees here in central Texas. Just got here today. They had 5" of badly needed rain here with plenty more still needed. It was really hard to leave that 14 degrees last Tues morning. Saw gas in OK for $2.99. What's up with that?...GOTT

Thanks C-head. We had about 3 inches the day before we left. Had to postpone our trip for a day. We dropped our rig off in central KS last Oct. and store it there for a couple months. Then we don't have to pull it through an ice storm or road salt. Worked out good this year. We spent a night there at a Corps of Engineers Campground. Their water was shut off for the season but the elec was on. Nice site on a lake, albeit man made. Concrete pad and patio. Best part...with our National Park Service Sr. Discount card....$3.00 a night! Stay warm...GOTT

Morning everyone it has been a busy week here already, me & the wife had to move her sister out of where she was living to our house for 2 or 3 weeks to get her away from abusive relation ship. I had to fix my trailer, my plow & my truck just to make the move. I hope Feb. turns out better.

She has said she wasn't going back, she wants to either get a job & house around here or move back down southern Mn. to be closer to her daughter. It doesn't matter to me just so she is happy.

Snowed in Texas this morning. Ugly and cold out but it's going up to 67 tomorrow and 74 on Tuesday. That's more like it. The first couple weeks in Feb last year were kind of ugly also. if it doesn't get better we'll have to try out the wheels on this thing and maybe head to AZ...GOTT

After 3 years waiting to afford parts for the wife's 4 wheeler I just finished it. I am waiting for the exhaust fumes to clear so I can lower the lift to take it for a test ride.

I took it out yesterday trying it out and adjust the brakes & carb and wouldn't you know I got nailed by the game warden for no tags. He is a very nice young gentleman who told me take my little fun toy home and put it back in the garage till I tags on it.I told him thank you and have a nice day with a big smile on my face.
