Them Hondas are amazing. Checked the tires, changed oil and filter, had the little battery tender on it most of the Winter, fired right up. Filled it up last Fall with non-oxy gas and Seafoam. Mom and I rode 84 miles and it never missed a beat. I've had the damn thing for 13 years now. Still looks new. Probably bury me on it some day....GOTT

Phew! It's a steamer here. "They" claim it could be the hottest day of the year. Could get up around 97 or so with high humidity besides. Got all my running done early. I'm good as long as the A/C doesn't puke.....GOTT

Yup I remember laying in that hot sticky bed too. No fan and a couple small windows that, if you were lucky, might open part of the way. I think Bridgemans ice cream store was the only place I can remember that had A/C when I was a kid. No wonder they did so much business....GOTT

AS long as you ain't working much anyway...take the time to read "What Color Is Your Parachute" by Richard Bolles. The finest book ever written about job searching. Should be available at your library. I read this years ago. Both of my kids have read it and passed it on to their friends. Easy reading book has a lot of different approaches to finding a job and shows why some of the old methods (mailing out tons of resumes) don't work. I'm not much of a self-help book reader but this one really works. Good Luck!... GOTT

Morning all. A little overcast here. Thought about going to Duluth to see the tall ships but don't know if I want to deal with the crowd. Maybe tomorrow would be a little better. Have a great day....GOTT

Not much for crowds either Gott. Nice sunny day here. Off to straford ontario to look at art in the park with the better half. Cheers all!
