The Minneapolis Star Tribune was the first to report that the Hall of Fame quarterback will stay retired. In the report, Brad Childress said Favre will not be coming to camp and cited the daily grind both mentally and physically as part of the reason to say retired. Camp opens later this week in Mankato.
